In January of 2021, the St. Mary’s Trustees launched the ASCEND 2026 strategic planning process. Over the course of eight months, the Trustees met with students, parents, faculty, staff and benefactors, hearing directly from our greatest stakeholders, in an effort to create a plan for
St. Mary’s; a plan that would encompass the continuum through education, bridging campuses and improving upon the overall student experience and student outcomes.
ASCEND has four key tendents: Student Success, Student Well-Being, Operational Excellence and Partnerships. These tenets, and overarching goals will guide everything that we do as an organization. The Board created performance objectives and strategies to ensure that we are achieving the goals that have been defined and set out for the future St. Mary’s.
We are excited to work collaboratively with our community as we continue to unify our campuses, strengthen our continuum of early childhood through high school Catholic college-preparatory education and build partnerships across the St. Mary’s community. We anticipate that the Ascend strategic plan will unfold over coming years.
