St. Mary's is grateful for the generosity of our benefactors that give us the ability to provide a rigorous education and enhanced programs for our students.
We are so proud of all of our Spartans. Every student that graduates St. Mary's leaves with more than a diploma. They move on into the world with pride, intelligence, real world skills and so much more.

SPARTAN NEWS 2021 FALL SCHOLARSHIP BREAKFAST
It was a special Tuesday morning on October 19, in the James G. Baldini '66 Labs as select benefactors their student scholarship recipients gathered for the Fall Scholarship Breakfast.
The morning included prayer led by Fr. Brian Flynn, introduction of our attending benefactors, and remarks from our student speakers, Jack Marks '23 and Aniya Myette '23.
Following the event, our benefactors received a tour of the campus! St. Mary's is blessed and grateful to all who give back to St. Mary's and our students.
WEDNESDAY REFLECTIONS This week's St. Mary's Wednesday Reflections features St. Mary's Director of Guidance, Maria Ceddia. We are blessed to have those who are willing to share their thoughts with our community. Click here to watch this week's Wednesday Reflection.
BOSTON UNIVERSITY VISITS SENIORS Zoe Carter, Senior Assistant Director of Admissions, Boston University, visited St. Mary's to meet and speak with 31 members of the Class of 2022 .
CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES ON CAPE COD The St. Mary's girls and boys cross country teams went down to Cape Cod for the Bob McIntyre Twilight Meet, featuring over 100 schools from across New England. They had a blast spending the night after competing on the 5K course.
On the boys side, Kyle Kwiatek '24 took 10th overall in the varsity boys race against over 300 other runners with a time of 16:33.1.
Anthony D'Itria '23 took 67th in that race with a time of 17:56.9 and Jesse Moriello '23 took 80th with a time of 18:07.6.
On the girls side the varsity squad looked a little different from other teams, with 7th grader Kelsey Kwiatek and 6th grader Nina Lopes bravely accepting the challenge to represent St. Mary's in the varsity race. They were joined by their leaders Captains Anna Fringuelli '23, Juliana Taborda '22, as well as Julia Jo Gramolini '23, Gabriela Marichal, and Sophia O'Brien '24. The girls took 31st as a team led by Kelsey's 60th place finish with a time of 21:06.
EMMERICH CONTINUES TO CHAMPIONSHIP Aidan Emmerich '22 won the CCL with a 61 (-8) and Sean Mathers finished in the top 20.
Aidan then continued to compete in the D2 North Sectional at Bradford on Tuesday and won with a 4-under par 67 and will compete for the D2 State Championship next week!
LT. GOV VISITS SACRED HEART SCHOOL The Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito returned to Lynn on Thursday, October 21 to visit St. Mary's early education - elementary school, the Sacred Heart School. We are so honored to have Sacred Heart School be a part of Massachusetts STEM week. The students showed Lt. Governor Polito many STEM projects they are currently working on such as "dancing kernels", the density of pumpkins and why they float, and the skeleton of the human body. UPCOMING EVENTS REGISTER TO VISIT CAMPUS IN NOVEMBER FOR ST. MARY'S FALL PREVIEW TOUR If you were unable to attend our October Preview Tour last Sunday, October 17, there is still an opportunity to visit our brand new STEM and Gateway Building. As well as meet and hear from our departments, administration and current scholar students.
Next Preview Tour opportunity will be held Thursday, November 18 in two sessions at 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Limited spots available per session. You don't want to miss it!
During our time together we will also provide information on how to Apply, Enroll and be part of our Future. The St. Mary's Preview is open to all students interested in applying to grades 6-12. JOIN US!
HALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS
The St. Mary's Hall of Fame nomination deadline has been extended to January 1, 2022 for our Hall of Fame event that will be held in Spring of 2022.
St. Mary's Hall of Fame acknowledges St. Mary's Alumni and devoted friends who have exemplified St. Mary's Pillars for Success: Catholic, Excellence, Integrity and Respect. Members of the St. Mary's Hall of Fame are acknowledged and celebrated as testaments of a St. Mary's education.

SPARTAN PRIDE ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT St. Mary's boy's soccer Coach D'Agostino went to watch former St. Mary's soccer player Joseph Thongsythavong '19 who now plays for Norwich University, Vermont. Thongsythavong ranks first in the GNAC with goals scored and moved into sole possession of third place on the all-time Norwich school goal scores list with 34 goals in just 33 games played.
COMMUNITY SERVICE Highlighted is a community service project that Kaelyn Jennings '23 participated in at Little Theatre School.
The Little Theatre School is honored that Kaelyn chose them for her community service and are grateful for such a beautiful mark she has left for the theatre to enjoy for many years to come.
National Junior Honor Society members donated candy to fill 140 treat bags for the hard working staff at the Life Care Center of the North Shore in Lynn.
SPARTAN PRIDE Alumnus Paul Price '75 P'01'04'06 shows off his Spartan Pride in beautiful Saint Martin.
SENIOR DAY AT MANNING FIELD On Saturday, October 16 game at Manning Field, St. Mary's celebrated their senior football players and cheerleaders for their dedication and commitment to the programs over the past years. Congratulations! During the game, both teams also wore pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
