Transportation Registration

Van transportation is one-way to St. Mary's Lynn each morning throughout the 2026-27 school year. Please fill out the form below to register. Space is limited and and spots will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• The cost is $1,200 for the entire school year.
• Payment is collected through FACTS.
• Trips are One-Way only to school in the morning.
• The cost includes holidays and vacations.

Note: This form is for the registration of one (1) student. If you need to register multiple students you will need to fill out this form multiple times, one per student.

Payment Review and Approval

The payment of $1,200 will be added to all families FACTS account. Upon hitting SUBMIT, you commit to taking the van one-way to school and agree to the charge of $1,200 being added to your billing statement.
