Spartan Times

The Spartan Times is a publication produced by members of the high school Journalism class, under the direction and guidance of Ms. Karalyn McGovern. In the first semester, Journalism students study media laws and ethics, and develop basic journalistic skills in writing, editing and photography, as well as learn a variety of journalistic writing approaches, interview techniques, methods and reporting. In the second semester, the class utilizes appropriate technology and skills to produce this print-worthy publication on a bi-weekly schedule.
