Immersion Learning and Experiences

St. Mary's believes that learning extends beyond the classroom in many ways. St. Mary's is pleased to offer unique opportunities for our students to expand their learning and experience outside of the classroom.

Poland Travel Study

The Poland Travel Study Program focuses on Holocaust study, Jewish life in Poland before, during, and after the Holocaust and Polish culture. The group visits sites like The Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Polin Museum, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wawel Castle, Our Lady of Czestochowa, and the Wieliczka Salt Mines.

Rome Pilgrimage

One of St. Mary's most impactful offerings that truly sets us apart from every other inner city Catholic school is our pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi during junior/senior year. This opportunity allows students to take what they have learned within the classroom and school community and experience it through the Universal Church.
